MERCEDES BENZ Sprinter
El Kapitan does everything in-house: design, fabrication, seating, painting, and woodworking including wood finishes. Every last executive and luxury van conversion is individually handcrafted and an individual work of art.
Sprinter van conversions are all the rage – voted “Van of the Year” in 2007 and 2008. The big attraction is the utility of a Sprinter. Built by Daimler AG, the Sprinter has been recently revisioned with a new drive train, stability and handling.
And like Mercedes Benz, quality is everyone’s business at El Kapitan. That’s one of the things that makes El Kapitan unique in the van conversion business: every last executive and luxury van conversion is an individually handcrafted work of art.
We fit, finish, and polish to perfection. But along with our attention to detail comes excellent customer service by being responsive to our customer’s needs.. It simply doesn’t matter what kind of vehicle you choose.
Nothing we do comes off an assembly line (with exception of the vehicle itself and manufactured components, of course). But El Kapitan executive and luxury van conversions are identical in terms of quality craftsmanship, ingenuity, and pride.
Everything we do is done in-house. From design to fabrication, we do everything ourselves from upholstering, painting, and woodworking – especially wood finishes. We have a large enough facility to accommodate almost any size order – and we have the in-house fabrication capabilities to make just about any dream come to life.
El Kapitan is unique in another way. We’ve grown our in-house capability through in-house talent. Most of our management team and employees have over 30 years of experience. Many of our builders have been with the company 20 years or more. We have very little staff turnover, and that means ground-floor-and-up attention to detail and superior workmanship.
Don’t dream it. Drive it.
